The EMEN webinars are coming!

The EMEN project will very soon launch a series of webinars discussing Migrant Entrepreneurship in Europe, led by Social Impact with the participation of The Hague University of Applied Sciences.

If you are an expert, practitioner, researcher or entrepreneur interested in the topic of migrant entrepreneurship, this is a great opportunity for you to hear the words of experts in this field! Each webinar will have a specific topic, which will be announced in the following weeks.

Our series of webinars will take place in autumn 2019, so take note of the following dates:

  1. 23rd October
  2. 6th November
  3. 20th November

Our first webinar on the 23rd of October will be dedicated to the topic of Access to Finance: “Let migrants do it themselves”. In the first part, Professor Klaas Molenaar, from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, will introduce the topic of Access to Finance. The second part will be a more empirical perspective on the issue and as the third and last part, a short panel with a Berlin-based migrant entrepreneur showcasing his “access-to-finance-struggle” will be presented. The webinar will end with an A&Q time to allow participants to ask questions and interact with the speakers.
